Since the site and service provide little information creditability ( you only know base review on the this web, there no review on other platform) which make you hesitant to use the service when you are first timer. The item received is good in condition , the service is provide is good especially in provide unbox parcel video to ensure item purchase is correctly . There is 2 nitpick i have . No 1, the service fee is abit expensive but is ok consider what you pay for. i just how it a little more lower. No 2. the parcel box they use too big which make shipping and service fee expensive (basically nearly half size of of item you purchase which make alot empty space.). I do hope they able show you the packaging box video and also give you the option to redo packaging the fee is expensive for flexibility .

I'm the 1:18 models collector and the Autoart car I chased after was not available nowhere on eBay, Aliexpress etc. The very last place I found it was ruten.com.tw. But this eshop is only for Taiwan shoppers, so I used letsgobuy-tw.com service to mediate the purchase. The product was bought, arrived to LGB-tw warehouse, checked for quality. The LGB-tw recorded and sent "unwrap" video, so I could see what I'm getting. The product arrived as I wished within 10days (EMS) to Czech Republic. 2nd time I used their services. I ordered a die-cast 1/18 car model. Took 2 weeks and a couple of a days to arrive in the UK (normal air-parcel service, essentially the cheapest/slowest service available). Packaging was top notch, bubble wrap & 'FRAGILE' labels everywhere, yet somehow the model's left-side mirror was broken. I give them the benefit of the doubt this time because everything looked great/intact in the unboxing video beforehand. Perhaps the mishap occurred after they repackaged it or during a customs check. Luckily, I was able fix it with superglue and the model looks as good as new.

The overall process is simple and straightforward! Not too hard to understand or use and customer service is relatively quick and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but a huge con to this service is they add the shipping cost onto the customs invoice which makes no sense. The customs invoice is only to state the items that were purchased and are in the package. Adding the shipping cost increases the overall packages cost making it more likely to be charged a fee by customs. But besides that huge con, the service is excellent and would recommend to people who need to buy something from Taiwan!

The package has arrived and one of the book had one of its corner bent. I was already disappointed when I saw the packaging video where the goods were packed in a USED carton box (not a new one) from one of my photobook and only add several fruit styrofoam. With the additional LGB fee for shipping I was hoping for a new and sturdy carton box (the used box was thin and when it arrived one side was torn open).Then I was surprised when I saw the amount declared for customs which is the sum of product price, domestic delivery fee, letsgobuy proxy shopping fee, letsgobuy packing fee, AND international shipping fee. I used several proxy shopping from other countries and usually they only use product price, some even offered to declare as gift.

Shipment was delayed and arrived late due to LetsGoBuy not providing all the parcel information to the shipping company. Fees are non-transparent and higher than other services. Website says 240 for package, 22 per item but additional fees were tacked on for no reason. I'm not sure why, but they added a lot to the total cost of the order. It's bad for small items due to individual package fee, and it's bad for large items because there seems to be some percentage as well. It's just bad, stick to using Superbuy instead.

Although it took a quite long for the admin to order and buy the items due to some circumstances, all items were packed carefully and quickly proceeded to shipment. It took 3 days for the package to arrive to UK and everything came as perfect. The clear unboxing video as well as packing video are the superior points of this service. One recommendation is that admin should update more frequently the status of the orders as well as communicate with users about the order. I think the shipment calculator could be improved. I used it to calculate the estimated cost of shipping. Nevertheless, it should also include processing fees to let customers have a real sense of cost.

Very responsive and generally quick to answer questions. My book was bought promptly, packaged, and shipped. There was a small issue with the ECPay system, but they quickly let me use Paypal instead. I received by book about 3 days later, and it's in great condition! I also really appreciated the videos showing the unboxing of the book when they first received it and of when they packed it to ship to me.

Always fast response, the unboxing videoclip is a very nice idea, better than just pictures as other China/Mainland buying agents do.

UPDATE: 2021-Aug-31 Unfortunately, the invoice attached with my parcel added the shipping fee to the product value. This increased the product value causing our customs to charge substantial import fees. I was originally not expecting fees since the product is 3000 NTD, which should have been tax free. But the attached invoice indicated the product value as 5702 NTD. Freight and handling fee should have been itemized properly in the invoice instead of making them zero and adding them to the product value. This is quite disappointing. I had to pay 3647.80 Php because of the improper invoice cost breakdown. ------------------------ I'm just a new user and still haven't experienced receiving an order. But here are my impressions so far: Great service, I wish I had learned about this earlier. Much better than others I have seen that relies entirely on email exchanges and doesn't have a website to manage things. Admin is responsive and helpful and has good English. Site has simple interface and clear instructions. Just some minor suggestions for improvement: I wish I could stay logged in. I always have to retype my password when checking my order's updates. Even if I don't click logout. Try putting newer news in the front page. Many dates on the front page are still 2020 and might make others think that the site is inactive. Showcase a wider range of Taiwanese websites. Other shipment methods (UPS/DHL). Fedex normally charges me a small additional fee when importing. Maybe not possible, but would really be convenient anyway, allow domestic shipping within Taiwan. This could allow more savings via shipment consolidating and forwarding warehouses (like Buyandship, etc). Thanks!

Hey, its me. Normally I give services like this 3 stars, but today I'm impressed. Here are my pros and cons: Pros; *great costumer service *product is reviewed first before shipping * affordable pricing. In both buying and shipping Cons; *Shipping parcel is on the slow side *Having to translate the foreign sites to my language( but that's were you guy's come in). Overall 4.5 out of 5. My favorite thing about this service is the fantastic costumer support, not only do you get to view your product before shipping, you are given the chance to view an unboxing to see if you return or keep the product. I recommend doing this in the near future, I have my sites on another product.

Customer service replied to my impatient emails, sometimes even borderline spam, very politely and as quickly as possible. They answered whatever questions I had. The videos of unpackaging and repackaging are definitely better than simple pictures. Initially, I was a little concerned when the warehouse missed out on sending my package, but everything worked out in the end and my package was luckily sent very quickly to me. I like the service. Just got my package thru postal service and the wait time is reasonable. Some areas I hope that can be improved. - Wish theres a chat function within the site so easier to communicate with customer services. Or ways to chat thru FB or Line can help too. That way if an order is not available, the customer can chat with customer service to make changes instead of waiting for email reply which can take sometime. - my package seem to be in different shipping box from when I see the unbox video. When I got it, the packaging seem quite fragile but inner box have some padding so overall the item is fine. Maybe the reason using different box to ship was due to shipping cost? Overall Would use the service again.
